– Store your SV item in the provided dust bag or jewelry box when not in use to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

– To maintain the original colors, avoid exposure to perfumes, oils, household chemicals, heat and moisture.

Brass, Copper, and Aluminum:

– Like silver and gold, brass, copper, and aluminum are naturally soft metals, requiring special care to prevent damage.

– Preserve their shine by keeping them away from perfumes, oils, household chemicals, and moisture.

– Brass naturally tarnishes over time, but storing it in a dust bag or jewelry box can slow down this process.

– If tarnishing occurs and you'd like to restore its shine, you can gently polish it using the softest part of an electric nail drill or the gentlest side of a nail buffer block.

Leather:

– As with all natural leather products, handle SV leather accessories with care to maintain their appearance. Avoid exposing them to excessive heat, moisture, perfumes, oils, and household chemicals, as these can cause damage.

We are pleased to offer cleaning and repair services for most SV products. Bring your item to our store for resizing, cleaning, polishing, or repair.
